We is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Growth Intern to join the team behind UCSmile.com.
UCSmile.com is a specialized platform dedicated to bridging the gap between premium dental care and global tourism, making high-quality dental treatments accessible to international patients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the expansion of our dental tourism ecosystem by identifying strategic partnerships and innovative patient acquisition channels, contributing directly to our platform's growth and visibility.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the expansion of our dental tourism ecosystem by identifying strategic partnerships and innovative patient acquisition channels, contributing directly to our platform's growth and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research on global dental tourism trends, competitor landscapes, and target demographics to identify new opportunities.
- Identify, prospect, and conduct outreach to potential partners, including international travel agencies, and hospitality services, to establish referral and sales collaborations.
- Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of growth experiments and campaigns aimed at increasing patient bookings and enhancing platform visibility.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new services or regions.
- Support the team in managing partner relationships and ensuring smooth operational integration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Zero (0) years of professional experience required, but a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment is essential.
- Demonstrated proactive attitude and strong initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and growth hacking concepts.
- Experience with CRM software or outreach tools.
- Previous experience in a startup environment or a project requiring independent strategic thinking.
- A genuine interest in the healthcare, tourism, or international business sectors.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially those relevant to key target markets.
